Don Martice is a street couture house based in Philadelphia, offering ready-to-wear collections, bespoke garments, and a curated online shopping experience. Every piece is crafted with care — and every client is treated with respect.

Bespoke and custom pieces are crafted individually and tailored to each client. As such:

 

  • All bespoke and made-to-order sales are final.

  • Lead times and delivery dates may vary depending on the design and materials.

  • We maintain full creative rights over design integrity and material sourcing.

 

 

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and service type.

 

  • Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided.

  • Don Martice is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

 

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. For ready-to-wear items:

 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition with tags.

  • Bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable.

  • To initiate a return, contact support@donmartice.com with your order number and reason for return.

All content on donmartice.com — including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Don Martice and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
