Every Don Martice garment is made with precision, passion, and purpose. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work and want every client to feel confident in their purchase.
1. Ready-to-Wear Returns
If your item isn’t the perfect fit, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags and packaging are intact.

The return is initiated through support@donmartice.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item passes inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
2. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces
Bespoke garments represent our highest level of craftsmanship and are individually created for each client.
Because of this unique process, bespoke and made-to-order sales are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
We will, however, work with clients to address any fit adjustments or production concerns whenever possible — your satisfaction and confidence in our work are essential to the Don Martice experience.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at support@donmartice.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

7. Final Sale Items
Certain limited releases, collaborations, and sample pieces may be marked Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or refunded.
