Every Don Martice order is handled with the same attention to detail we bring to our garments — carefully prepared, packaged, and delivered in style. This policy explains how we manage shipping for ready-to-wear and bespoke orders.
1. Order Processing
Each order is personally reviewed and prepared by our team in Philadelphia.

Ready-to-wear items ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

Made-to-order or bespoke garments follow individual production timelines, typically communicated at the time of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
3. International Shipping
Don Martice proudly serves clients worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly to avoid delivery issues or delays.
4. Bespoke & Atelier Deliveries
Bespoke garments are crafted individually at our Philadelphia atelier.

Lead times are discussed during consultation and depend on design complexity and materials.

Clients may arrange for in-person pickup or private delivery upon request.

Due to the custom nature of these garments, timelines may extend to ensure precision and quality.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Don Martice is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the care of the carrier, but we’ll assist in coordinating with the carrier whenever possible.
6. Shipping Delays
We work to meet every timeline, but please note:

Don Martice is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@donmartice.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping information after placing an order, contact support@donmartice.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
